We meet for a one hour Pilates mat class. In addition to exercise we discuss current topics in health and nutrition. This is a small group. Everyone is very supportive and kind. You do not have to be knowledgeable or experienced in Pilates to get a good workout. You do not have to be in great shape to get a great workout.
